Riviera Resort Palm Springs, Palm Springs

During my stay, I found the hotel to be relatively average with nothing that particularly stood out. The service was generally friendly, and while the pool area was nice, there were several issues including outdated rooms and a significant need for repairs. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for the price we paid, which felt high given the experience.

The hotel had a great location near downtown, which is a plus, and the common areas and pool were quite nice. However, I faced multiple issues during my stay, including ongoing plumbing problems and rude service when I needed assistance. While there were some positive aspects, overall, it fell short of my expectations.

I had high hopes for this hotel given its affiliation with the brand, but unfortunately, it fell short in so many areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. On the brighter side, the breakfast was fantastic and definitely a highlight of my stay. However, the pool scene was overwhelming, and the overall ambiance left much to be desired. For the price, I expected much better quality and service.

I recently stayed at this resort for a couple of nights and I had mixed feelings about the experience. While I enjoyed the layout of the property and had some fun with the amenities, I faced several issues that left me underwhelmed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the state of the rooms and the unexpected costs were quite disappointing.
